Majan University College was managing a growing student body (3,000+ students) with disconnected systems — manual attendance sheets, Excel-based finance, fragmented HR records, and no centralised student management. Administrative workload was overwhelming and error-prone.
The college needed a single unified ERP that could handle the complete student lifecycle — from application to graduation — while integrating all departments onto one platform accessible to students, faculty, and administrators.
The solution also needed to comply with Oman's education ministry requirements and be robust enough for 24/7 institutional use.
