From India-Only to Global Markets
Wild Cherry wanted to expand their successful India store to serve international customers — initially targeting the UK, UAE, USA, and Australia. The existing Shopify store had no international infrastructure, no multi-currency pricing, no international payment methods, and no hreflang implementation.
They also needed country-specific shipping rates, localised product descriptions, and a targeted international marketing strategy to reach Indian diaspora communities abroad.
